Asian Steak Salad

Somehow, I always end up substituting something in the fat blast meal plan at least once daily. Grrr! Its either cause I forgot one thing required throughout the week or ran out, bleghhh. Today’s day 3 dinner is missing salmon. Either way, there was fish earlier in the day; I hate overdoing it on the seafood.

I had left over salmon from the week before and thought I had enough. I am actually a little on the “sick of salmon” side this week and so is Marylex. I came up with a good and scrumptious salad that will fill you to the brim for dinner. Enjoy! xo



2 (4 oz) lean steaks, cubed

½ onion, spiralized

1 tbsp coconut oil

1 green pepper, diced

1 tbsp McCormick Asian seasoning

1 tsp Szechuan marinade

2 tbsp ginger dressing

2 cups spinach

24 raw almonds



  1. Cube steak
  2. Spiralize onion
  3. Dice green pepper
  4. Lightly grease pan with oil
  5. Add steak and onion
  6. Drizzle with Szechuan
  7. Sprinkle seasoning
  8. Cook until browned
  9. In a Tupperware bowl, add spinach, green pepper, and dressing
  10. When steak is well done, add to bowl
  11. Seal with lid
  12. Shake until mixed evenly
  13. Serve in two pretty bowls
  14. Top each with 12 almonds
