Creamy Bananaberry Smoothie


I have been meaning to share this recipe for a loooooong time. I have already shared my favorite recipe with you all but Marylex has a favorite smoothie she wanted me to share with you all, too. I always forget the recipe. Today, I thought I would ask her to refresh my memory to FINALLY be able to share the decadence that is this very filling smoothie. It is packed with protein and all the wonderful vitamins/minerals you need for the day (Shakeology), healthy carbs/sugars (banana), antioxidants galore (blueberries), and our go-to heart healthy/dairy-free supplement (almond milk). There is nothing more creamy or scrumptious than this.

To answer the questions in your head…Yes, it lacks greens. No, it doesn’t really need them. This is a killer breakfast to start the day and can even be a rockin’ post-workout meal. Make it what you want it to be but don’t pass it up! Here we go…


1 banana, frozen

1 cup blueberries, frozen

1 scoop vanilla Shakeology

6 oz almond milk



  1. Pop all the ingredients into the blender
  2. Blend on high until smooth
  3. Must be a lavender color, if too dark, add a bit more milk
  4. Enjoy!
