Banana Berry Smoothie

This was my breakfast today. I started the 12 week Bode challenge by Chris Powell. I’m looking forward to it! Carb cycling, working out and eating good. I’m on it as always.

Ingredients:
2 handfuls spinach, frozen
2 cups water
2 bananas, frozen
1 cup blueberries, frozen

Instructions:
1. blend liquids with greens
2. add bananas + blueberries
3. serve in beautiful mason jars
4. top with extra frozen blueberries, if desired
