Honey Mustard Broccoli Slaw

Ingredients:

For the dressing:
3 tbsp raw honey (preferably local)
4 tbsp mustard
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 tsp Bill Bragg’s amino acids

For the slaw:
1 (12 oz) bag of broccoli slaw
2 tbsp local bee pollen
2 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions:
1. in a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients for dressing + set aside
2. in a large bowl, toss slaw ingredients until well mixed
3. pour dressing over slaw
4. toss until fully covered in your honey mustard
5. garnish with extra pollen + chia seeds, if desired
6. serve
