Szechuan Broccoli Slaw

Easy, peasy, lemon squeezey. Simple as that.

Ingredients:
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 bag (12 oz) broccoli slaw
handful sun-dried tomatoes (not in oil)
2 tbsp raw agave nectar
2 tbsp San-J Szechuan marinade
1 tbsp Makoto ginger dressing

Instructions:
1. mince garlic
2. in a large bowl, mix all ingredients until thoroughly covered
— if desired, this dish can be stir-fried for a few minutes —
3. serve

  1. So happy I found your recipe that used sun-dried tomatoes. I tried once to put sun-dried tomatoes with my broccoli slaw and it just didn’t taste right, something seemed to be missing. I am definitely going to try your recipe 🙂 Thanks!
