Salmon Pasta Salad

Honestly, I was really disappointed the other day with these salmon pouches I bought. I dreamt of a salmon salad, that which is similar to tuna salad. I went out and bought salmon but I wanted it to be canned or pouched. I had never bought this kind but I knew it had to exist somewhere. I did find it. I squealed for joy because I knew I had hit the jackpot and would make something phenooomenal.

Sadly, my first attempt landed me upset with ugly pictures and a bad salad. Needless to say, I was not thinking I could make up for that loss.

Three days later, I realized I had 3 more pouches and a green apple. That’s when I got to working. I came up with the bad boy. Enjoy it and share with others. xo

Ingredients:
1 green apple, spiralized Blade C
1 stalk of celery, chopped
1/4 red onion, diced
2 tbsp Grill Mates steakhouse onion burger seasoning
2 (5 oz) pouches of pink salmon
2 tbsp mayonnaise or veganaise

Instructions:
1. watch this video –> How to Spiralize: Apple
2. now that you’ve watched that very informative video by the beautiful @Inspiralized, we can get to making noodles with your Spiralizer
3. wash, dice + chop veggies
4. remove stem from apple
5. spiralize apple
6. cut noodles for a shorter length of noodles
7. in a bowl, mix well all ingredients
8. refrigerate for 15-20 minutes
9. serve
