Caesar Salad Wraps

This is perfect for a refreshing fast way to eat a salad on the go. Perfect for beach or pools days, parties that will have bad food, or even for a day out running errands. I loved them!

Ingredients:
Caesar salad in a bag
1/4 cup quinoa, cooked
4 spring roll sheets

Instructions:
1. throw out croutons
2. in a bowl, toss salad + dressing
3. add quinoa to salad
4. toss again

6. fill each roll with a handful of salad
7. roll up
8. serve

Serves:
2-4
