4 of Van’s gluten free frozen waffles
2 cans white albacore tuna
1 tbsp mayonnaise/veganaise
2 drops lemon essential oil
1/4 red onion, diced
1. toast waffles for a few minutes
2. serve on a plate
3. in a mixing bowl, mix together tuna, mayo, lemon oil
5. dice onion
6. remove from fridge
7. add onion + mix
8. serve tuna salad evenly in between each set of waffles
9. package for lunch, refrigerate for later or each right now!
