Tuna Salad Wafflewich

Waffles? Sandwich? All in one word?!! YES! The ‘wafflewich’ was just born in my kitchen. I want to share this wafflewich with the world! Okay, maybe not THIS one. All future ideas will be shared and you can make your own. I don’t want to share my food. It’s way to good to share with anyone. Only if you’re starving dying, and just maybe you can snag a bite outta me. For now, read on my little pretty friends. This is about to take over your lives!

Ingredients:
4 of Van’s gluten free frozen waffles
2 cans white albacore tuna
1 tbsp mayonnaise/veganaise
2 drops lemon essential oil
1/4 red onion, diced

Instructions:
1. toast waffles for a few minutes
2. serve on a plate
3. in a mixing bowl, mix together tuna, mayo, lemon oil
4. refrigerate
5. dice onion
6. remove from fridge
7. add onion + mix
8. serve tuna salad evenly in between each set of waffles
9. package for lunch, refrigerate for later or each right now!
