Niannaise Scramble Wafflewich


This recipe doesn’t actually have Niannaise in it but all the ingredients scrambled into the egg whites. If you’re wondering what Niannaise because you haven’t heard of it before, do yourself the favor and click that link. It’ll change your life! I seriously put this in EVERYTHING. Maybe not my dessert or smoothie but everything else for that matter. There’s so many posts on my blog about Niannaise that I wouldn’t doubt myself to create a new category for that on here for you to find the recipes easier. This will come in the near future.

4 of Van’s gluten free frozen waffles
2/3 cup liquid egg whites
1 tbsp salad supreme seasoning
1/4 red onion, sliced
Bill Bragg’s amino acids
drizzle of olive oil
1 tsp Sriracha
1 tbsp mayonnaise/veganaise

1. toast waffles for a few minutes
2. serve on a plate
3. slice onions
4. drizzle olive oil on a pan
4. scramble all ingredients together on medium heat (except Sriracha)
5. serve your Italian scramble evenly for two on a waffle
6. drizzle Sriracha on the eggs
7. cover with other waffle like a sandwich
8. devour!
