I woke up a few days ago feeling a bit under the weather and, although I’ve been hydrating with good nutrients and foods, the light bulb went off this morning to create this for my speedy recovery.
2 small beets
1 1/2 inch gingeroot
2 handfuls of spinach
1/2 head red cabbage
1 tsp turmeric powder
1. cut the greens off your beets, set aside
2. peel lemon + orange
3. chop ginger
4. cut down red cabbage into chunks
5. process veggies + fruits through juicer in the order listed above (creates delicious rainbow fluff)
6. mix in turmeric powder
7. serve in a beautiful glass
8. drink up!!
