Lemongrass + Chili Chicken

Ingredients:
1 tbsp ground lemongrass
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
6 chicken tenderloins
1 tbsp olive oil
spray coconut oil

Instructions:
1. in a mixing bowl, mix together all ingredients
2. cover + refrigerate for 20 minutes
3. spray a large pan with oil
4. cook chicken on medium until both sides are browned
5. serve over a bowl of “The Perfect Brown Rice”
