Simple Overnight Oats


These are my favorite on the go overnight oats for quick snacks between assignments for work. I make a few in the beginning of the week and when it is time to go, I grab one with a spoon and run out the door. It’s perfect for anyone who wants to keep their eating in check while on the go, like I do.

1 cup coconut water
3 tbsp coconut sugar
1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
3 tbsp chia seeds
3 tbsp hemp seeds
ground cinnamon

mason jar

1. in a mason jar, mix together coconut water and sugar
2. add remaining ingredients
3. top with lid
4. shake
5. refrigerate
6. eat the following morning
