Chicken Cabbage Burgers

Ingredients:

1 head red cabbage, washed + leaves separated
Spray coconut oil
8-10 chicken tenderloins
8-10 corn tortillas
Bill Bragg’s amino acids
Hamburger seasoning
Ketchup*
Mustard

Optional:

Alaea red lava salt
“Nia’s Italian Seasoning Mix”

Instructions:

1. clean + separate the leaves of the red cabbage
2. on a large pan sprayed with coconut oil, cook your tenderloins for about 10 minutes
3. microwave corn tortillas all at once for about a minute
4. sprinkle hamburger seasoning + spray each tenderloin with aminos
5. flip over + repeat
6. place a corn tortilla in each red cabbage leaf
7. remove tenderloins from the heat placing each one in a cabbage wrap
8. drizzle with ketchup + mustard
9. if desired, sprinkle some of the optional ingredients for an added kick or top with other veggies

Serves:

4-6

* I use the ketchup pictured below, which in fact has no sugar added.
