Montreal Mustard Tilapia


A quick lunch I whipped up! Check it out…


1/4 orange pepper, thinly sliced
Handful chives, chopped
Olive oil
2 tilapia filets
2 tbsp mayonnaise or vegannaise
1 tbsp Montreal chicken seasoning
1/2 tsp ground mustard
8-10 sprays Bill Bragg’s amino acids


1. chop up all your veggies
2. on a small pan, add olive oil + cook veggies on medium heat
3. when the veggies begin to caramelize, gently place your tilapia filets on the pan for about 5 minutes on each side
4. in a small glass prep bowl, mix you mayo, seasonings + aminos well
5. once your filets are beginning to brown, smother about half the sauce onto the top of each filet
6. turn filets over to finish cooking on the side with sauce
7. serve your tilapia filets right side up topped with the sautéed veggies

* This is best served beside a bed of quinoa (mixed with chia seeds) + black beans
