Glazed Brussel Sprouts

I had never made brussel sprouts or even considered trying them until this moment. Boy, am I glad I did. Make this for your family + you’ll be glad too.

Ingredients:

Olive oil
1 pkg (44) brussel sprouts
1/2 onion, sliced
1 tsp blackbird honey
1/4 tsp ground mustard
1 1/2 tsp all purpose seasoning
Handful Sun-Maid raisins
Handful raw sunflower seeds
3 tbsp water

Instructions:

1. wash your veggies, idk if it’s protocol or not for these just do it
2. slice your onions thinly in slices
3. throw all your ingredients, except the water, on a pan drizzled with olive oil
3. sautée on medium heat for 10-15 minutes adding a tbsp of water every couple of minutes
4. serve as a side with animal protein or as a full meal

2 – as a meal
4 – as a side
