Persimmon Waffles



2 of Van’s gluten free frozen waffles
1 tsp butter substitute
1 tbsp raw agave nectar
1 tbsp organic maple syrup
1/2 persimmon, sliced


1/4 tsp ground cinnamon


1. toast waffles for a few minutes
2. serve on a plate
3. spread butter substitute on both waffles
4. drizzle agave + syrup on waffles
5. top with slices of persimmon
6. if desired, sprinkle cinnamon on top
7. fold in half to eat like a sweet breakfast taco, trust me
