Niannaise

Do NOT just scroll by this thinking it is no big deal. This is the best thing to happen since my recipe of “Spicy Mayo” that although shared on this blog, was also featured in the debut of my cookbook, “Real Simple Summer”–get your copy BTW. And, make this right now. Don’t even say it…you’re welcome.

 

Ingredients:

2 tbsp mayonnaise (or vegannaise)
1 tbsp Sriracha
1/2 tsp McCormick Salad Supreme seasoning
1/4 tsp ground mustard
1/8 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
8 sprays Bill Bragg’s amino acids

Instructions:

1. whisk ingredients in a small glass prep bowl
2. serve as salad dressing, veggie dip, or as sauce for veggie noodles/quinoa pasta–preferably with “Niannaise Pasta”

Serves:

1 or possibly multiple
