Tuna Melt Casserole



2 (15.5 oz) cans of chick peas, rinsed
2 cans white albacore tuna, drained
1/4 cup green goddess dressing
3 tbsp Sriracha
Spray coconut oil


Bill Bragg’s amino acids
3 tbsp fresh shredded Parmesan cheese


1. preheat your oven to 350 degrees F
2. in a large mixing bowl, mix together your chick peas, tuna, dressing + hot sauce
3. spray a small casserole dish with coconut oil
4. pour in your tuna melt mixture
5. spray the top of your casserole with aminos
6. place in the oven for 20-25 minutes

If you do not desire a cheese topping, just disregard the following steps and just serve as is.

7. take out of the oven + top with with Parmesan cheese
8. put back in the oven for 5-10 minutes
9. serve and enjoy!
