Rosemary + Garlic Roasted Tilapia


1/4 red onion, diced
1 tbsp dried rosemary
1 tbsp garlic powder
Juice of a lemon
3 tbsp butter substitute
3 tilapia filets
Bill Bragg’s amino acids

1. chop onion
2. on a small pan, add butter, seasonings, and diced onions to cook on medium heat
3. when onions begin to caramelize, hand squeeze the lemon to extract all juices over your hand (avoiding any seeds to drop into your rosemary + garlic sauce)
4. lower the heat and continue to simmer your sauce for a few minutes
5. add your filets to the pan to cook in the sauce for about 10 minutes
6. spray each filet 3-4 times with your liquid aminos
7. turn filets over to finish cooking on the other side
8. spray this side of the filets lightly before serving
9. serve your tilapia on a bed of brown rice and veggies
