Banana Mylk

Ingredients:
4 dates
1 cup coconut water
1 cup green tea
2 scoops protein powder of choice
2 large frozen bananas

Instructions:
1. blend dates with your liquids and protein power for about a minute
2. add your frozen bananas in chunks
3. blend until smooth and creamy
4. serve in a beautiful glass, such as a mason jar
