Almond Joy Truffles

Ingredients:
4 oz dark chocolate (85%)
1 tbsp coconut butter
1 tbsp coconut oil
10 raw almonds
truffle tray, or ice cube tray

Instructions:
1. chop up chocolate
2. place 2 oz of your chopped chocolate in a small glass bowl
3. microwave for 30 seconds and stir it
4. using a tsp measure, scoop some chocolate into 10 slots in your truffle/ice cube tray
5. once the chocolate is in all 10 slots, pat the tray in different directions to fill in on the sides
6. freeze for 10-15 minutes
7. in a separate small glass bowl, microwave your coconut butter and coconut oil for 30 seconds
8. remove your tray from freezer
9. using a tsp measure, scoop some coconut butter mixture into your chocolate truffle slots
10. before freezing again, add an almond to each slot
11. freeze for 15 minutes
12. place 2 oz of your chopped chocolate in a small glass bowl
13. microwave for 30 seconds and stir it
14. using a tsp measure, scoop some chocolate into the 10 slots to cover the ‘Almond Joy‘ center of your truffles
15. freeze for 15 minutes
16. remove the tray from freezer and remove the truffles carefully
17. place truffles in an airtight container
18. eat one
19. keep the other 9 in the fridge or freezer for little snacks
20. ENJOY!!
