Szechuan Stir-Fry


1 cup imitation crab
1/4 red onion, diced
2 tilapia filets, cubed
1 tbsp grape seed oil
1 cup mushroom, sliced
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
1/2 yellow pepper, diced
1/2 orange pepper, diced
1 cup small broccoli florets
2 cups cooked organic brown rice
1/4 cup San-J Szechuan marinade


sesame seeds
Bill Bragg’s amino acids
1 tbsp no sugar ketchup*


1. cook your rice before prepping the remainder of the meal
2. cut up veggies and tilapia filets
3. heat pan to medium
4. drizzle grape seed oil on pan
5. add mushroom, broccoli, and onion
6. spray with aminos
7. sauté till mushrooms are golden
8. add seafood
9. as the tilapia cooks through, add the peppers
10. drizzle in the sesame oil
11. add your marinade
12. toss all together
13. let it cook through for about 10 minutes while stirring occasionally
14. add the ketchup
15. serve with brown rice alongside a nice salad
16. top with sesame seeds



* This turns down the heat on the spicy Szechuan sauce; therefore, it is optional.
