Panko Crusted Tilapia

2 tilapia filets
garlic powder
drizzle of avocado oil
Goya adobo spices, red top
1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
1/2 cup Ian’s gluten-free panko bread crumbs

1. set oven to 400° F
2. lay out your panko bread crumbs in a plate
3. season your fish with the lemon pepper, garlic, and adobo spices
4. drizzle the avocado oil directly onto the panko crumbs
5. roll the fish around until completely coated in crumbs
6. for the parts that are not breaded, pat some into place
7. cut some parchment paper as lining for your baking sheet
8. line up your filets on your baking sheet and put in the oven
9. bake for 20 minutes
10. serve with a side of veggies of your choice
