Kale + Mushroom Stir-Fry

Kale & Mushroom Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
1/4 red onion, diced
drizzle of grape seed oil
2 cups kale greens, cut up
2 cups baby bella mushrooms, sliced

Optional:
sesame seeds
black pepper, to taste
sprays of Bill Bragg’s amino acids

Instructions:
1. chop up all your veggies
2. heat your pan at about medium temperature
3. add your grape seed oil
4. throw in your onions
5. when onions are nice and browned, add mushrooms
6. as the mushrooms turn golden-brown, add a little bit of water to get the juices to marry together
7. add your kale when the juices die down
8. spray with aminos
9. stir together until the kale is nice and dark green
10. garnish with sesame seeds, if desired
11. serve as a full meal or as a side
