Cuban Summer Roll

Cuban Rice Wrap

Ingredients:
garlic powder
spray coconut oil
4 rice paper sheets
4 chicken tenderloins
1 bag spring mix greens
handful shredded cheese
Goya adobo spices, red top
Bijol food coloring condiment

Instructions:
1. season your chicken tenderloins with the Bijol, adobo, and garlic
2. turn on your George Foreman grill or heat your pan to medium-high heat
3. spray pan/grill with coconut oil
4. grill your tenderloins
5. follow this tutorial to learn how to roll the filling up in rice paper
6. put a handful of greens in the center of your rice paper
7. place a tenderloin over the greens and top with the cheese shreds
8. roll as directed by the tutorial
9. enjoy your mistakes and never give up on trying
