Banana Cream Pudding

Banana Cream Pudding

2 tsp coconut butter
1 tbsp raw agave nectar
2 medium-ripe bananas
2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut.

1 tbsp hemp seeds

1. heat a pan to medium heat
2. chop up your bananas and toss in
3. drizzle agave over the bananas
4. once sizzling, add your coconut shreds
5. when it browns a bit, take off of the heat
6. transfer to a bowl
7. mash the remaining chunks of bananas into a pudding like consistency using a spoon
8. add your coconut butter
9. let it melt on top and then mix in
10. if desired, now add your hemp seeds
11. serve this taste of the tropics and kick back to relax
