Strawberry Shortcake Bites

2 tbsp almond flour
1 pack of strawberries
Sweet Philly Icing

1. cut tips off strawberries–both ends (this way your strawberries can stand alone)
2. use a melon baller or small spoon to cut out the inside of the strawberries, leaving enough space to fill with stuffing
3. stand your strawberries up in a tupperware
4. set them aside in the refrigerator
5. make your Sweet Philly Icing
6. stuff your strawberries with a small spoon OR you can put your icing in a snack Ziploc bag, cut the tip, and stuff
7. sprinkle almond flour over each strawberry
8. refrigerate for about 15-20 minutes
9. serve–with or without toothpicks

10-15 depending on the size of strawberries in your pack
