Creamy Corn & Bean Salsa


2 tsp sriracha
1 cup kernel corn
1 red pepper, diced
1 tbsp mayo with olive oil
1 cup black beans, washed
1 handful of chives, chopped
2 tbsp crema Centroamericana*
2 tbsp cilantro, roughly chopped

1. chop and dice up the ingredients
2. rinse off any residue on the veggies and beans
3. dry and add everything into a bowl
4. mix together–all cold
5. set aside in refrigerator

* find in the section titled ‘Latin’ or ‘Hispanic’–my local supermarkets have it in the dairy aisle (Miami is very–Hispanic like me!)
