Penne Steak

4 juicy flank steaks
1 bag fresh baby spinach
2 tbsp McCormick Gourmet Chicken Penne seasoning–comes in a 1 oz packet

spray coconut oil
about a dozen sprays of Bill Bragg’s amino acids

1. season steaks
2. spray down steaks with aminos
3. place in a tupperware
4. overnight steak in the fridge
5. sauté in pan on medium high heat lightly sprayed with oil
6. once the aroma fills the kitchen, flip
7. watch as the other side will cook even faster
8. remove from heat
9. cut into smaller pieces–flank steak is quite long
10. serve with baby spinach

4-6 depending on how big of a steak you’d like
