Gluten Free Pancakes

 

Ingredients:
1 tbsp raw agave nectar
1/2 cup of lactose free milk*
1 large egg, beaten–or egg substitute
1 tbsp grapeseed oil–or oil of your choice
1 cup Arrowhead Mills Organic Gluten Free Pancake & Baking Mix

Optional:
1 tsp Olivio
spray coconut oil
drizzle of sugar free maple syrup

Instructions:
1. whisk all ingredients together
2. spray pan with oil
3. heat turned up to medium high
4. pour 1/2 cup of mix onto pan
5. when bubbles form, flip
6. cook for a minute or two
7. set aside on a plate
8. repeat till batter is gone
9. drizzle with maple syrup or Nia syrup
10. top with olivio

Serves:
2

* can replace with water
