Fish Tacos

6 fresh tilapia filets
1 tbsp garlic powder
handful of chives, chopped
lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
1 tsp Tony Chachere’s seasoning

spray coconut oil
a few sprays Bill Bragg’s amino acids

1. spray your pan with oil
2. add your filets
3. spray them with your aminos
4. add all seasonings
5. squeeze juice onto fish
6. sauté for 5-10 minutes on medium
7. when they are cooked enough, separate into bite size chunks with a spatula
8. spray a little more aminos
9. stir around for a while
10. top with chives
11. serve
12. set aside

8-10 corn flour tortillas

1. use pan from when you sauteed the fish
2. spray lightly with oil
3. spray each side of tortilla with aminos
4. flip till each side is toasted
5. serve all on a plate
6. set the table

2. for the cherry on top add some spicy mayo–this is the REAL kick!

I could say between 5-10 depending on how many tacos you plan on eating–2 for me was filling.
